Expenses and Making Payments

Students invited to participate in the MS/JH All-State Choir will need to

1: Indicate if they will participate in the choir. Please respond to the notification email sent on Tuesday, February 17 with your acceptance or decline by midnight, March 4.

2: If you choose to participate in this choir, a registration form will be sent to you on March 5 with very specific instructions on how to log in and complete the registration. We ask for this form to be completed with payment by midnight, Sunday, March 8. Please refer to the registration email that was sent on March 5 with specific instructions on how to log in to complete this form.

The registration fees assist in TCDA’s costs of hiring our guest clinician and accompanist. Additionally, it pays for each member to receive their sheet music, a tote bag, a patch, video and audio recordings of the concert, and a t-shirt that will be worn during their performance. All fees are non-refundable. Expenses include:

Registration fee – $135
Hotel/ Food/Transportation – arranged and paid for by participant’s family

The registration fees may be paid online, by check, or by money order. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please make your payment out to TCDA and include your child’s full name in the memo line.

For schools/teachers sending in a single check for multiple registrations, you may find using this form to be helpful, Student Registration List.  Include this form with a check.

We expect choir announcements to be at approximately 2:00 pm, Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
Announcements will be emailed to all that auditioned as well as posted on this webpage.

Financial Support

TCDA is proud to offer the Lou Leonard scholarship to Honor Choir participants each year. This scholarship helps cover the cost of registration and travel expenses. The scholarship application will be made available to students who are accepted into the choir from February 18 – 23, 2026.

Concert music sent to choir members	Mid-late April
Choir day 1 in San Antonio	July 16, 2026
Choir day 2 in San Antonio	July 17, 2026
Choir day 3 and closing concert in San Antonio	July 18, 2026

The primary form of communication will be by email. More information regarding deadlines will be sent via email. Music, rehearsal tracks, and a more detailed schedule will be sent in very soon.
